Pressure testing

We put parts under controlled pressure to check that they are tight and to find cracks or pores that cannot be seen with the naked eye.

When to test?

Before the repair, to locate the damage precisely, and after it, to certify that the part is watertight. It is also key when buying or reusing second-hand blocks and cylinder heads.

What we test

Engine blocks, cylinder heads, liners, pump housings, heat exchangers and other parts that work with water, oil or pressure.

The result

A clear diagnosis: whether the part is sound, what needs repairing and where. That way you avoid building an engine with a faulty part.
